What we collect

• Order data: name, email address, billing and shipping address, VAT number if you provide one, order amount and tax details.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and the details needed to invoice and ship your order, never your card number.
• Technical data: basic server and security logs generated when you visit the site.

Why we use it

To perform our contract with you (processing and shipping your order, customer support), to comply with tax and accounting law, and to protect the site against fraud and abuse.

Who we share it with

Our processors: Stripe (payment processing and invoicing), our hosting and database provider, and the carrier that delivers your order. They may only process data on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for the retention period required by tax law. Other data is deleted once it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Email us and we will respond within one month.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies needed to make the site and checkout work. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages for fraud prevention.
