Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every purchase made through this website. The seller is Zeitin Tech Ltd (VAT number BG203100883), trading as Levelty, contactable at hi@zeitin.tech.

Ordering

Your order is a binding offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable or if the payment is not authorised.

Prices and taxes

The Levelty Stand is €65.83 excluding VAT, which is €79 including Bulgarian VAT for consumers. The tax shown at checkout depends on your country and, for businesses, on the VAT number you enter. Business customers with a valid VAT number registered in another EU member state may be invoiced under the reverse charge mechanism, in which case VAT is accounted for by the customer.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own secure pages. We never see or store your card details. An invoice is issued automatically for every order.

Delivery

Shipping is free. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days, with an estimated delivery of 3–7 business days after dispatch. Risk passes to you on delivery. Any import duties outside the EU are payable by the customer.

Warranty and returns

Every stand is covered by the statutory two-year conformity guarantee. Consumers in the EU also have a 14-day right of withdrawal, and we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. See Returns & Right of Withdrawal for details.

Liability and applicable law

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Bulgarian law applies, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
